1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Linenzo.net and every purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.
The website is operated by Linenzo for E-Commerce Trading (LLC), Commercial Register No. 235464, Tax Registration No. 763632139, Building 152, El-Orouba Street, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if an item is out of stock, if a pricing or product error is discovered, if we suspect fraud, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable taxes. The product price shown is final; the only additional charge, where applicable, is the shipping fee, which is displayed before you confirm your order.
- Payment methods: cash on delivery within Egypt, Instapay, and bank transfer. Orders paid by Instapay or bank transfer are processed once payment is confirmed.
- For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.
- We may correct pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than the price shown at the time of your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is handed to the courier by contacting us on WhatsApp at +20 106 666 5908. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; our Return & Refund Policy then applies.
6. Promotional codes
Only one promotional code may be used per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, have no value outside a purchase, and may be withdrawn or modified by us at any time. Any additional conditions are stated when the code is issued.
7. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
8. Product information
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. If a product is materially different from its description, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including photographs, product designs, text, graphics, the Linenzo name, and the Linenzo logo — is owned by Linenzo for E-Commerce Trading and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the operation of the website, or to copy or collect its content by automated means.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can resolve it. You may also contact the Consumer Protection Agency (hotline 19588). Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
